Support

I’ve received some wonderful help & support in preparing for my walking challenge.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Aidan Hutchinson, a school friend dating back almost 40 years. Despite it being over 30 years since we last met, he created this website out the goodness of his heart & has continued to assist me as I’ve tailored it to my challenge.

To my wonderful girlfriend Anna Rhodes who has assisted with my planning for the walk by offering advice & acted as a sounding board for my ideas. She’s also put up with late nights as I’ve planned my challenge & not always got the full attention a girl likes!

Thanks also to those of you who have donated to the Hospice or plan to at a later date. It’s very much appreciated.

Also, a big thanks to everyone that have already made offers of hospitality as I progress though Great Britain. The promise of a bed and hot shower, when the norm is a tent and swim in a cold lake, really keeps up morale!

And finally, thanks for all your warm words of support and encouragement. It’ll really keep me going when I’m struggling with motivation or going through the lowest of lows!
